All employees are fully insured for Liability & Worker’s Compensation claims. The Inspection The actual inspection will take between 2 and 4 hours. We encourage our clients to be at home during the inspection. This will enable you to see firsthand, areas of the home that may be deficient. Your inspection will include preliminary testing for CO, Water Pressure, Water Purity, and Gas Leaks. We also offer, at an additional cost, testing for a wide variety of potential problems. The Inspection Report Using our exclusive software, your inspector will complete a comprehensive report at the end of the inspection. The report will contain evaluations of all the rooms and major systems and components of your house including: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Foundation, & Roof. Upon completion of the inspection, your inspection report will be printed and reviewed with you by your inspector.
